My name is McKenna โ Enagic 6A Distributor, Kangen water enthusiast, and the founder of Thirsty For Abundance. I've been drinking Kangen water since 2021, and like anyone who makes a significant investment in their health, keeping my machine running in top condition has always been a priority.
When it came time to get my first annual deep clean, I hit a wall that I suspect a lot of Pacific Northwest Kangen owners have hit: our local home office serves Washington and Oregon out of Seattle โ which is great โ but Seattle doesn't have a service center. That means to get your machine deep cleaned, you can't just drive up to Seattle. You have to ship it to Southern California or Texas.
That means $30+ each way in shipping, trusting FedEx or UPS with a $6,000 ionizer (we've all seen how that goes), paying $60 for the service itself, plus being without your machine for potentially weeks at a time โ or paying extra for a loaner. It didn't sit right with me.
So I invested in my own professional deep clean equipment to service my own machines and those of my local clients โ and quickly realized how many people in the Portland area and Southwest Washington were dealing with the exact same frustration. Same-day, local service just made sense. No shipping, no waiting, no anxiety โ just drop off your machine and pick it up the same day.

Where are you located?
Oregon City, OR โ not Portland! I know, it's easy to assume. Oregon City is about 15 minutes south of Portland, and I service clients within approximately 30 minutes for drop-off or pickup.
What brands and models of ionizers can you service?
I only service Enagic brand Kangen ionizers, including the (keep the models list). We do not service any other brands of water ionizers.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept Venmo, Paypal, cash, or check. Payment is due at time of pickup.
Do you ever run any sales? Can I get a discount?
I donโt run any sales on service, however did you know we have a referral program where you can get $5 off your next service?! If you refer a friend with a Kangen ionizer to Thirsty For Abundance and they mention your name at their service appointment, you both receive a $5 off coupon for your next service visit with us.
Why can't I just go to the Seattle home office for service?

Do you do an internal inspection / open the machine up, and/or can you repair my machine if something is broken / malfunctioning?
I do annual deep cleans, filter replacements, and exterior cleaning โ but I don't open machines or perform internal repairs. If your machine needs that kind of work, I'll always refer you to an authorized Enagic service center.
How long does service take?
